I just saw the movie for the second time that seems destined to reap a good armful of statuettes and I must admit, that with a relatively modest budget, Tom Hooper has managed to compose a movie taste very English and even American who always seem to be pining for the monarchy that has never had.

In fact, I think the Director has arranged three main factors to make the film a candidate for the Oscars: 1 speaks of the monarchy, and all know the obsession with English by his royal family, past and even present as evidenced by recent films such as Elizabeth II without, on the other hand, going into disquisitions historical and political depth 2 º is an intimate film, family court, speaking of deficiencies, obstacles, including defects but mostly showing how with determination and effort can be overcome and that give the film a distinct air of veracity.
